The Customer Code is found on the back of the DVD Case near the bottom.

If you purchased, "How to Play and Beat Really Hard Sudoku"

The Customer Code is found on the back of the DVD Case near the bottom.

If you purchased, "Introductory Sudoku Lessons"

This DVD has been shipped in two different packages.

Most likely you received the DVD in standard "clamshell" (or retail) type packaging. If so, the code is on the back of the DVD case near the top.

If, however, your DVD arrived in a flat, cardboard mailer, the code is on the insert inside the mailer.
